Unfortunately, we don't offer returns on sale items

1.1 Eligibility: We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at klinen.com@gmail.com Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
1.3 Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
1.4 Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 05 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 
2. Exchanges:
2.1 Eligibility: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
 
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
3.1 Reporting: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt. Provide your order number and detailed information about the issue, including supporting photographs if possible.
3.2 Resolution: We will assess the reported issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Our aim is to resolve such matters promptly and to your satisfaction.
 
4. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition.
